เมื่อวันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2569 นายนฤชัย นินนาท กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครซิดนีย์ ได้พบปะนักเรียนไทยในโครงการ Outstanding Development Opportunity Scholarship (ODOS) Summer Camp ระยะ 6 สัปดาห์ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยนิวเซาท์เวลส์ (UNSW) และมหาวิทยาลัยแมคควอรี (MQ) โดยมี ดร. ศิธร กุลรดาธร รักษาการผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (DEPA) และนางปิยสุรางค์ กุลจิตติประสิทธิ์ อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา สำนักงานผู้ดูแลนักเรียนไทยในออสเตรเลีย เข้าร่วม โดยโครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนไทยคนรุ่นใหม่ได้มีประสบการณ์การยกระดับทักษะดิจิทัล

ในโอกาสนี้ กงสุลใหญ่ฯ ให้โอวาทแก่นักเรียน ย้ำการตั้งใจศึกษา เปิดรับประสบการณ์ใหม่ สร้างมิตรภาพกับเพื่อนนานาชาติ พัฒนาทักษะชีวิต รวมถึงการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพทั้งกายและใจ พร้อมทั้งแนะนำบทบาทของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจและเป็นที่พึ่งพิงให้แก่นักเรียนไทยในต่างแดน

On 24 March 2026, Mr. Naruchai Ninnad, Consul-General in Sydney, met with Thai students participating in the six-week Outstanding Development Opportunity Scholarship (ODOS) Summer Camp at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and Macquarie University (MQ). The meeting was also attended by Dr. Sithon Kulradathon, Acting Director of Policy and Strategy, Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA), and Ms. Piyasurang Kuljittiprasit Minister Counsellor, Office of Educational Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy in Australia. The program aims to provide Thai youth with opportunities to enhance their skills and gain a deeper understanding of digital technologies directly from leading innovators.

On this occasion, the Consul-General delivered remarks encouraging students to remain dedicated to their studies, embrace new experiences, build international friendships, and develop life skills, while maintaining both physical and mental well-being. He also highlighted the role of the Consulate-General in Sydney in supporting and assisting Thai students abroad, providing reassurance as a reliable point of contact during their time overseas.
