ในโอกาสนี้ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ขอขอบคุณทุกท่านที่ร่วมสมทบทุนเพื่อช่วยเหลือสวัสดิภาพสมาคม องค์กรที่อยู่คู่กับชุมชนไทยในออสเตรเลียมากว่า 35 ปี มีบทบาทสำคัญในการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบปัญหาความรุนแรงในครอบครัว ผู้สูงอายุ และผู้ที่ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงสวัสดิการรัฐ โดยที่ผ่านมาได้ให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้คนแล้วนับหมื่นราย

 

On 10 August 2025, Mr. Naruchai Ninnad, Consul-General of Thailand in Sydney, together with his spouse, officers from the Royal Thai Consulate-General, and members of Team Thailand, participated in the City2Surf 2025 charity run. The event covered a distance of 14 kilometres, from Sydney’s CBD to Bondi Beach with the aim of raising funds in support of the Thai Welfare Association (TWA).

 

On this occasion, the Royal Thai Consulate-General wishes to express its sincere appreciation to all who contributed to the fundraising effort for the TWA, an organisation that has served the Thai community in Australia for over 35 years. The TWA plays a vital role in assisting victims of domestic violence, senior citizens and individuals who are unable to access government welfare services, having supported tens of thousands of people over the years.
