Thailand New Visa Measures: Effective date 15 July 2024
1. Visa on Arrival (VoA): Nationals of the 31 countries and territories may apply for visa on arrival at the immigration checkpoints on arrival for the purpose of tourism, for a period not exceeding 15 days.
2. Visa Exemption (60 Days): Nationals of the 93 countries and territories are entitled to visa exemption for the purpose of tourism and short-term business engagements, for a period not exceeding 60 days.
3. Non-ED Plus Visa: Non-ED Plus Visa aims to facilitate international students studying at universities in Thailand at the bachelor's degree level or above.

e-Visa Application Procedures
From 19 March 2024, 10.00 hrs (UTC+7), a non-Thai national who currently resides in New South Wales, Australia, and wishes to apply for a Thai visa must apply and submit his/her application through the new online
e-Visa system at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/. Applicants do NOT need to submit their passport to the Consulate-General in person or by post.
The outcome of the application will be sent via email. Successful applicants will receive their e-Visa via e-mail, and must print out the e-Visa to be presented to airlines and the Thai Immigration Bureau.
Attention:
If the applicant fails to submit the required or requested documents within 45 days from the date of submission, the applications will be automatically cancelled. The application fee (visa fee) is non-refundable.
